Hi,

I have a leaking overflow pipe (outside low down on wall). There is a constant trickle of hot water. The pipe i believe comes from the hot water cylinder. It is a large cylinder (8 years old - new build) and I think but am not certain that it is called a mains fed system??

Any advice gratefully received.

You need a plumber that holds a G3 ticket for unvented cylinders, to check the expansion vessel or air bubble.

A pic would help if you don't know the make/model.

I've looked up the make and model - it is a Santon TP210B 'unvented' system.

Almost certainly the expansion has lost it's charge or duff.

As above get a plumber that holds the G3 ticket.
