LED lights for a water feature

Hi, I am making a water feature and would like to install some LED lights into the main bowl and would like these fitting facing upwards under the water and the same in the second tier. They would need to be so when fitted they are sealed so water can't escape. I have seen some in my brothers water feature and they have 3 leds in each light. Anyone have any idea where I could get some of these type leds.
