We have just bought a house with a main combi 24 boiler. There seems to be a problem with getting hot water upstairs, both the bath and sink are lukewarm, but the kitchen sink downstairs is hot. We had 2 radiators installed 3 days ago but the problem was occurring before that. All the radiators both downstairs and upstairs are working fine. Does anyone have any ideas what is causing it?

How much water pressure have you got both down stairs and upstairs, in both hot and cold water taps? this is a condensing boiler isn't it? do you get any code of lights on the three light display to indicate a fault? and at this time of the year when the water is coming into the house very cold, the hot water will not be as hot. with combi's the slower the flow the hotter the water and yours is only a 24kw to start with. that is less than 9.5 liters /min in the winter for hot water.
