main pressure v boiler pressure

Hello

If i can get around 1.5 to 2bar pressure on my boiler, would that suggest that i have about the same pressure coming in at the mains ? I have new upstairs bathroom taps to fit that require min 1.0bar pressure ( recommened 2.8 to 3.0bar)
