In a 2-way switch, using brown/grey/black 3C+E cable would you sleeve all the conductors brown as live or switched lives, or is it generally understood that all three are 'phase colours', so only the blue wire used as a switched live in a piece of T+E requires sleeving?

Sleeve them both with a little bit of brown, in the good old days you'd sleeve your blue and yellow with a bit of red even though they were phase colours

but don't completely cover them in sleeving, it makes it very annoying for the next person who comes along to work on your wiring and wants to know what convention for two way switch wiring you have in place.

Thanks everyone. All wires will be sleeved accordingly to keep the BCO happy. Pity the 'electrician' who did the original work didn't think it was worth sleeving (or certifying ) anything!
