maytag dishwasher filling with dirty water

I have a maytag dishwasher that keeps filling the bottom with water sometimes dirty then it leaks onto the floor.It sometimes drains when i use my garbage disposal. Any ideas?

If it's dirty water then it can only be coming from your drains. Reroute the drain hose so it lifts higher than drainage point.
