Maytag dishwasher problem

What's up y'all:

My Maytag ishwasher blew a fuse. Not sure if it was during a cycle or right when we turned the timer dial. We flipped the switch at the fuse box and the dishwasher has power, but won't spray water during rinse cycle. About 3 inches of water ends up in bottom of washer. During rinse cycle, there is a sound, like a valve with no water coming through. Any suggestions?

Start the dishwasher, and when it starts spraying water, open the door and see how much water is in the tub. The water should be right around the heating element. If it isn't, your water valve may be defective or clogged with sediment.
