Minimum height of copper pipework in kitchen

Whats the lowest recommended height of copper pipework in a kitchen?

I've been asked to remove the old pipework which is about 500mm from the floor. they want the new pipework to be as close to the floor as possible, ideally below the kitchen units. Is their a minimum recommended height?

Nope, just high enough to not sit in puddles!

Anywhere below 150mm will be fine. To my knowledge, there's nothing that says it can't run along the floor itself, apart from it not being the most sensible place to put it
