mira sport shower not working - HELP!!!

Out Mira Sport shower is going from really hot (boiling) and then overheating. when this happens, the water goes to freezing. we use the shower on "medium flow" and it has never been a problem before. can anyone help?

I would think it is possibly the heater element scaled up.

try using the high setting all the time , they seem to prefer it

As gas4you says, it's most likely to be scale, especially if you're in Hertfordshire.

IMHO you should treat the other advice on this topic with the utmost suspicion.

In other words clean the inlet filter and shower head and inspect, and probably replace, the heater vessel.
