Hi, I am thinking of moving the position of a bath in a bath room. However were the new bath waste outlet falls. Under the floorboards below it is an LED light bulb fitting and wires for the kitchen below. Is this a problem?

Yes it does. The light fitting and the wires are not in the way of the trap will just be directly underneath it, under the floor boards.

Was the chance of it ever potentially leaking that worried me. Though I've never had problems before.
