Needing an oldfashioned 2 hole shower, no bath mixer!

I am living in a 1970s static caravan and the shower taps have given up and broken completely. I have tried and failed to get a unit that is literally two taps (6" apart) and a shower-headed hose between them.

It has to be mounted horizontally on a the vertical shower wall so I cant really use one with a bath spout on it too, and all the plain shower units in plumbers merchants seem to be thermostatic one hole units now.

Please, if there is anyone out there who knows where this can be bought, ideally in the UK but anywhere is fine (getting desperate!) let me know!!
