External wooden door is warped so considering replacing it with a composite door.
The wooden threshold sits on a concrete pad, which I am not sure whether to remove or not?
Do I remove the concrete or not?
Pictures show the existing door and frame. The tiles either side of the door do not match.

I'm a diy'er, not an expert!

Long story short, the existing cill will go as part of the new installation. What's required under the new cill will be determined by the components you choose, dimensions etc.

They would replace the wooden cill with a new one, you would discuss the type/appearance of the cill you want when they do the survey/measure up. They won't take up more than the wooden cill unless whatever is underneath is no good.
