Hi, I am looking to add a second shower at home. The hot water system is gravity fed and the pressure to the existing shower is fine for our needs.
The existing shower takes its hot water from the cylinder via an essex flange. The first 12 inches of pipe are 22mm, then there is a valve with a 15mm outlet going to the shower. If I want to add a second shower do I need to use a new Essex flange (or other) into the cylinder or can I tee off the existing 22mm length of pipe for the original shower.
Any advice would be appreciated.
Cheers
Simon
