New Radiator Fitting Distance From Mains Outlet?

Hi All,
Not sure if this an electrical or plumbing & heating question. The mains outlet exists and the radiator doesn't.

What is the minimum safe distance that a radiator should be fitted from an existing wall mains outlet?

There is no specific requirement as per BS7671 but obviously the socket cant be located behind the rad due to accessability issues.
