Hi

I accidentally pulled out the earth cable on this new downlight.
What would the cheapest and easiest way to get it back on?

I assume I could have to buy a soldering iron?
I notice it's all made out of copper so would the solder still be ok to use?
The first two photos are the broken lamp the third is the old one with earth attached.

Or cheat, what I would do when working away and crimps not to hand, I would carefully part strip the wire, sliding insulation part off as you would do when stripping wire but not fully off, then with screwdriver form a loop, and clamp with screw and washer.

As long as the wire is unlikely to physically become detached again, clamping under screw is all that's needed.
