Nextra 6 Sensor washer dryer Optima by Hoover

Hi, hope somebody can help us with this.

We've moved into a flat with a four year old washer dryer. For the life of us we cannot work out how to get it to dry only. Whatever combination of dryer time and wash cycle we use it always starts a full wash cycle.

Can anybody help us understand our machine or do we just accept it has a mind of its own?

PS the dry cycle as part of the washing cycle seems to work but we don't always want to do that.
