Nissan note radio mod

Hi I have just bought a Nissan Note (55) and it as a 6 cd changer installed I think the make is MMR-IDC-G blaupunkt???? (I only got this from a picture on Ebay.)
Now in the new Note it as a jack in the storage tray where its possible to plug in your iPod. Question is can I buy an adpter kit to do the same or do I need a new cd/tuner?

yeah I suppose its the cheapest quickest fix, do you lose any quality?

I've got one that I rarely use, it's just the same as the radio.
I sometimes have a bit of fun with it too. I once put it in my pocket attached to my MP3 player. I has Nessun dorma playing and it was tuned to the same frequency as the radio in the garage. The guys went mental when it started bleeding over the sport they were listening too. None of them knew it was me and couldn't understand what had happeden to the sport.
