Hi,

I can't get my central heating to work. Boiler pcb was replaced a year ago so its probably not a boiler problem.

I have 2 honeywell valves in the airing cupboard along with the cylinder, pump and hw/ch controller. If I slide both valves to manual, the boiler fires up but then goes to "temperature satisfied" and the ch still doesnt come on.

PS is it correctl to say one is the HW valve and the other is the CH valve and if so which is which?

Thanks.

what boiler do you have?

It's a Potterton Suprima. The HW is no longer working now either. There's another switch which I guess is a separate immersion heater, I turned that on to get hot water but it doesn't fire the boiler.

It seems to be a control fault as well as the pump not working.

Unless you are experienced with electrical testing you may have to get an engineer to diagnose the problems.
