no hot water but radiotors okey halstead best 60 when l open the tap boiler not light up but when put radiators on evryiting ok can help

As far as I am aware the Best 60 is a heat only boiler so will not fire when hot taps are turned on 
You need to check your programmer and 3 port or DHW 2 port valve.
