No power to my Ariston Microgenius MFFI 23 Bolier

Hi,
moved into a flat one year ago so not sure how old my combi boiler is.
It broke in July 2007 and got a CORGI plumber out to look at it.
Was fixed by replacing the PCB.
Hot water until the other day.
Heating was working for last few weeks as havn't had it on much lately.
It was working Friday morning and not when I got in from work.
There are no lights on now at all.

Changed the fuse in the plug and still not working.
I'm guessing its a power problem. There are 2 2 amp fuses inside.
Is this likely to be the problem?

There is no ignition spark. Pressure is at 2 bar. It just seems completely
dead.

Any help would be much apprecited.

You need a multimeter to test wher the power is reaching, assuming that you feel comfortable working with live electrics.
