Hi to every one out there,
I'll be very greatful for any advice,
The problem is a very noisy spin on a Bosch wfb 2400, it's my Mums, it's six years old.
I removed a bra wire yesterday that had been in there for years...It was stuck around the spindle at the back between the inner and outer drums, but after that the noise got worse. It sounded as if the drum was banging against something?
Checked the springs, fine.
Checked the pump, nothing.
Checked the bolts on the concrete weight, fine.
The bearings seem fine.
The shocks seem ok.
Took the top off and let it spin, the big fly wheel that the belt sits on was banging off the cover at the back, so i took that off, span it again, this time it sounds as if it's the inner drum banging?
I know theres play on them but could the bra wire done some damage inside?
It works fine it's just the noise, it's deafening!
Could it be time for a new w/m?
Please Help!!!
