obsolete parts

to many parts changers and no engineers, thats a problem these days.

if the laptop says no,its no.

a rectangular flue can be easily repaired by an engineer but not a parts exchanger.

to be honest it looks like the boiler has been relocated in the past and thats when the boiler should have been exchanged.

contrica win again, hope my share price will increase.

to the author, sorry but its most probaly new boiler time.

How is it possible to repair a flue without the parts?, last time i checked the gas regs you couldn't do adhoc repairs.

i agree with your comment that the flue can be repaired by someone who can do the job, however that would be a contravention of the gas regs so cant be done
