Need a lot more information.
What do you want to test ? the function or the quality of the solenoid ?
The resistance will depend on how the coil is wound, the voltage and the wattage of the solenoid.

An a.c solenoid will have a fairly low dc resistance as it's inductance will regulate the current drawn. A dc solenoid will have a resistance that equates to it's power rating worked out from V²/P.
