The Orange definitely tastes a bit sour from here...

No progress as yet because the line supervisor couldn't get my Orange retail shop to answer the phone. Tomorrow is another day...
 
They can ignore a phone ringing, they cannot ignore a letter. have you tried emailing them?

Have you spoken to Ofcom yet, even if it's just for advice...?
