hi there im just in the process of painting my dining room ceiling , i washed everything down with sugar soap allowed to dry and then began painting . The problem i have is that the existing paint underneath has started to blister and as i roll over it bits are getting stuck to the roller and coming off . Questions is why is this happening , and also how do i rectify the problem ?
