Now the bedroom's about finished, I want to paint my terrace, as it looks like it's not been done for a while. I just wondered how I should prepare the surface? It's already painted white, and I'm going to paint the same colour. There are a few places where the paint has flaked off a bit, and a few places where green moss stuff has grown on the outside of the terrace. Will it be enough to wash the walls down, rub off any loose paint and moss, and then repaint? Or should I use a primer too?

Also, I saw one coat exterior paint by Dulux. Is this any good, or should I use normal stuff ? (I read on here that one coat interior paint is rubbish, so just wondered if the exterior stuff is the same). Thanks!
