Painting outdoor floor

Hi,

I need to paint an outdoor concrete floor.

It's about 6 inches thick so I'm not going to take it out and remove it.

I've tried masonry paint but this washed off the first time it rained (defies belief) and I need to know what to replace it with.

The concrete is fairly new (few years old) but I don't know if it has anything to prevent damp rising.

Any ideas on what paint would be best for this and where can I get it from?
