hi
i have recently repaired my back door where it had gone rotten by letting in some lanalised timber. I now want to rub the door down and paint it but whats the best method and product to use???
i also want to fix some upvc trim to the wooden sill under the cladding on either side of the door to shed the water, and maybe across the door step but might cause water drainage issiues so not sure on this, but definately under the cladding n either side.
whats the best way of fixing it cos i dont really want to screw it. could i use no more nailes or something and then silicone the joint between it and the cladding?? anyway, heres a pic:
hope you can help
thanks
george
