Pcb exploded part?

PCB on subject line , not Pub lol where I should be now.

Okay so the blue thing (capacitor?) just melted and it obviously means the boiler wont work lol. Does anyone in the northwest have experience doing this replacement work. I assume the whole pcb board needs replacing.

The pictures are below, without opening up the rest of it. I managed to see the cause of the boiler not accepting main power to function. Luckily It didn't get worse so this is the main problem.

Any reply with a link of pcb part price or somebody near Manchester/Oldham who will do it then feel free.
