It does indeed.

While I didn't work away, I did big mileages on top of visiting 8+ customers a day.

Working in areas like Birmingham, Nottingham, East Yorkshire and Staffordshire means I was often topping 220 miles a day, getting home late and being too knackered to be of any use to anyone. All the while, the symptoms of a lot of the conditions I was later diagnosed with were there but not recognised.
