Hi, we have a peugeot 206 2005 3 door model 1.4 which currently has steel wheels with plastic trims, we have aquired some 2nd hand alloys which have come off another peugeot 206, the tyre size is the same only difference is the rating, current tyres are 82T and the alloy tyres are 85H, is this ok?

Also on fitting new alloys do we need to consider using different wheel nuts specifically for alloys or are the wheel nut that are on current steel wheels ok? :?:

dunno, but you will also have to inform your insurance co.
they may not charge.

fine H is a speed rating higher than T 119mph to 130mph
85 is the load rating so higher than 82 475kg to 515kg
so will be fine

Depending what alloys they are some peugeots use differant nuts for steel and alloy wheels,

Steels have chanfered edges and alloys have a flat face
