plastering quote

i'm just in the process of decorating my house and have decided to plaster/skim (what's the difference) my walls. i have 4 bedrooms and a dining room which all need the wallpaper stripped before plaster/skim

here are the measurements in ft:

11.5 x 13
10 x 7
13 x 7
12 x 10
12 x 10

how much would you say would be a good price to pay?

You need to get at least 3 quotes from local plasterers.

i'm not too sure of the measurement in sq ft but one guy said £1800 but i managed to haggle down to £1550. I've not measured how high the ceilings but i think about 9ft.
