Hi, I am trying to fit waste piping to cloakroom sink. I have a piece of 32mm solvent weld sticking out of wall. Distance between that and the end of the U tube trap is about 30mm so not enough space to fit straight compression fitting. Also not enough space to fit an adjustable pipe even if I move the U trap "out of line". Any ideas?

As it's solvent weld have you thought about cutting a socket so it will fit?
Create a single-socket piece of pipe with the cut-off socket, the spigot end going into the - presumably - push-fit trap (U tube).

Hi Charnwood, Thanks thats what I did earlier. Well, so far I have got some pipe and cut it to size. Have had to shorten the straight connector (socket?) by about 10mm so that it will fit but should do it - ta muchly though but!
