Hope someone can advise. Added an extension on the house 4 years ago. New bedroom above garage. Pointing between concrete roof tiles and plastic gulley panel has all fallen out. Is it reasonable for me to ask the builder to come back and fix this without charge? The builder is FMB member but I don't know whether this makes any difference at all. I will discus with the builder but first I would like some advise on what's reasonable in this case.
