I have installed the Polycell secondary glazing system (vertical sliding panes using the ratchet system) behind existing sash windows. For maintenance reasons I need to remove the sliding panes but have forgotten how to do this. Does anyone have any experience of doing this or any idea of where I could get a set of instructions ASAP?
