Virgin media PC Guard. Privicy and security are both set at medium in the internet options from the tools icon in my toolbar

Best to use something like Kaspersky, or Bitdefender http://anti-virus-software-review.toptenreviews.com/ If you go for software that doesn't have a firewall included (and you don't have a hardware firewall) then I can recommend ZoneAlarm http://www.zonealarm.com/store/content/company/products/znalm/freeDownload.jsp - it's free. Of course if you don't want to pay for antivirus software you could always download AVG from here http://free.grisoft.com/doc/5390/lng/us/tpl/v5#avg-anti-virus-free it's not bad, but the free version means you need to scan your pc every time you boot (unless you disable it).
