Potterton 33 HE Intermittent heat

Hi all. I’ve a Potterton Gold 33 HE combi that’s providing intermittent heat to the CH circuit.

The boiler appears to letting the CH circuit temp drop pretty low (40 or 30C) and then it heats it to 90c before killing the flame.

It just doesn’t appear to consistently heat, leading to low radiator temps.

Any ideas?

Circulation issue by the sounds of it. Pump, heat exchanger, pipes, diverter to name a few.
