Powermax 155 Pressure Problem

I've just woken up this morning and the pressure on the boiler is zero!!! and boiler is locked out.

I have re-pressurused system and turned on and great works fine, but pressure starts climbing and doesn't stop. Have had to turn boiler off, No hot water No Heat. Anyone experienced this problem with Powermax boiler. Any ideas WARMLY received
