Problem with ideal isar he 30 boiler, help please!

we have had this boiler 2.5 years with no problems, I run one of those steam room showers on it, the other night i had a steam and when i got out there was a noise coming from outside like a kettle constantly boiling checked the boiler and the pressure had dropped below 1 retopped the boiler but the noise is still there any ideas what it is and how to solve it? Thanks

As always with these, when was the last time is was properly serviced?

Noise could possibly be from partially blocked condensate trap.

Also make sure the vents on the pump and HE are open (HE vent is inside boiler sealing panel)

it was serviced october 08, can the vents close on their own? we have not touched them. Could there be a slight leak somewhere causing it?
