Sorry, complete novice here!
It looks like the ceramic disc cartridge in the hot tap of our mixer tap in the kitchen has broken. I went to turn the tap off and after turning it off fully the hot water was still running quite fast.
Hubby turned the water off and has had a look and part of the plasticky end has cracked.
Does anyone know where to get a replacement from or does it mean a new tap??
this is what the end looks like just in case i'm wrong about it being a ceramic disc.
