fan starts, i hear aps click, pump runs all for a few seconds, no sparking tho, the error lights 40 and 80 flash saying there is a system pressure fault, but the quage reads 1bar, folloed chart and says its the control pcb, would you agree.

i would say pcb have loads of these on our area and this is a common fault
