have a newly installed shower pump along with larger tank cyl etc.
My system is indirect gravity.
used s flange
all works fine except that when i turn off the hot taps to sinks etc quickly the pump blips on for a second, as if the pump is seeing a short flow.
any ideas as to the prob
thanks

When you close the taps quickly you create a small shock/pressure wave within the pipework and the flow switch within the pump is triggered for a moment

as i thought thanks.
is there a solution to this other than turning taps of more slowely as they are lever mixers that you naturally tend to press quickly.
Did thinks that the s flange should have overcome any surges, but obviously not.
thanks
