Does anyone make a shower valve that can happily mix mains cold with pumped hot? There is a single pump fitted to the hot at the moment.
Not an ideal situation, but such a valve would save a lot of excavation / pump replacement.
I suspect that a Trevi Boost won't allow enough hot flow through to activate the pump.
Perhaps it will be permissible to use a normal bath mixer tap with shower hose attachment / diverter if there is a non-return valve fitted to the hot feed to the tap?
Will such a valve restrict the 2m head of water enough to prevent the pump activating?
