I’m entering my user code, and the password I entered at the panel for the app but I keep getting “connecting failed. The phone is not authorised yet. Please visit Pyronixcloud.com via PC to authorise the Phone” but when I go to the cloud it doesn’t tell you how to do this. Do you have any idea?

Thx for reply’s guys. I’ve created cloud account and enforcer is on there from 4/10/19 (see pic) but under User shows no user app registered. Enforcer shows on app but when I double click it I get the error message about phone not registered..... can’t see a way to register phone on the cloud site. During setup I entered codes sent to my phone by pyronix so it should be registered. Is there anything else that could be set wrong?
Log out of the cloud account and then log back in ....now see if your phone is there , if so slide the permission bar ...
