You wont get them any more they are ancient , but your rad can be hung on standard brackets at the back,
Another but. The chances of getting the proper length for an old rad like that is also remote . And it will be a case of just using the top hanging lug.
Most merchants have spare brackets floating about from damaged rads returned or try local scrapy
You can use a normal bracket at the bars indicated.
The vertical hooky separation will be different, so cut through the bracket and fix the ends to the wall separately.
