radiator help please

Hi i have fitted a new radiator in my conservatory, but the radiator is only getting luke warm.

The 10mm micro bore is hot on the inlet side of the rad, but cool on the outlet .

Both rad valves are fully open and all the other rads in the house are hot.

Any ideas

Why ask the same question twice?

try turning all the rads that work off, it may be an air lock

if that dont work in may be sludge blocking rad

Its a new radiator so cant be sludge, but will try shutting all the other rads down

can be sludge moved round from existing pipework.
but more likely an airlock.
