Hi, 1 rad upstairs is stone cold, also pipes coming out floor leading to this rad are cold . tried bleeding rad and also turned all other rads off but still not heating up . the house is about 13 years old and heating is via a manifold system , I think . if this helps . would appreciate any help guys .
