Radiator problems

Hi

Just had a new boiler installed (Glow worm 80hxi) using the gravity method. The radiators were not changed
I have hot water, plus all the radiators upstairs seem to work okay - but downstairs - out of 5 radiators, one gets hot, 2 are lukewarm and two are stone cold
I have bleed all the radiators so that water dribbles out - and also turned the screw on the pump until water dribbles from that too - All pipes into the pump feel hot

Anyone know what the problem is & what to do ??

I assume you mean open vented not gravity, if pump bled ok, airlock most probable. Did you install it, if not then get the installer back.

Just had a new boiler installed

Get the installer back to sort this out. The installation of a new boiler is not complete until whole heating system is working at least as well as before.
