Radiators not fully working - cold at the bottom

Hi...

just had an extension and installed new radiators in the study and bathroom.

However, the radiators do not heat up - they are "warm" from the top but cold from the bottom...no air is inside and I am not sure what else could be the problem.

All other radiators in the house are working fine - have approx 12 in total and no issues with boiler / hot water.

Any ideas?

Hi there,

Sounds like you need to rebalance the system.

If you turn off all the working rads, do the cool ones heat up if so you need to rebalance.
