Basic price for flat roof? 7meters by 3meters?

Felt - SBS 4mm Plain Black @ £39.95 per roll inc vat

Labour @ £14 m2

Area being Scottish Borders?

Good price / bad price?

Just felting over current roof, no stripping etc

just for slapping a layer of torch on plain with no prep work..drips or flashing expensive imho

Prep work involved would be half the roof has the felt with stone chipings on, so will have to scrap that off, all the edges are lifting, so will remove them also.

Works out as £20 per square meter for the whole job?

Wot would you recommend?
